Dear friends, We got definitly great success in our meeting with government on 20/03/2012. everybody of us has played very important role during last fifteen days. it is success of our unity & intigrity. activity carried on 14/03/2012 of one day fast at r.o. made government to call us for discussion. i am very much thannkful to everybody for such a huge activity(14/03/2012)which showed our unity & intigrity. wel done & keep it up. everbody can go through the following document & communicate for firther useful actions. at the flag end of meeting hon. secretary said that for higher pay scales c.r. must be "A". we didnot get time to convince him in the same meeting.on 22/03/2012 we met our hon. secretary & discussed the issue of c.r. for our collegues who will be getting benifits after 20/08/2010(date of sixth pay g.r.). we told our hon. secretary that it is shear cas & not promotion. according to new g.a.d. norms "A" c.r. is compulsory for promotion & again according to g.r. c.r. is based on k.p.i. which are not yet published. he aggreed & accordingly asked organisation to represent. we will difinitely keep consistent follow up for c.r. relaxation & for alloting enough time to complete training courses. once again thanks & congratulations. p.s. all the local centres are requested to collect "ladha nidhi" of rs. 1000/- per head & submit it to shri. kher s.a.(9975703299) of gp, karad. on 20/03/2012 i request atleast one representative from every institute to be present in mumbai so that collectively we can opt for unanimous & concrete decision.
our govt. poly. kolhapur friends have collected "ladha nidhi" of rs. 1000/- per head & will be handing over on 22/03/2012. i think every institute should follow the same. pl. hand over "ladha nidhi" to shri. kher s.a. of gp, karad.

Dear sir,
hearty congratulations to everybody. about 275 collegues were on fast on 14/03/2012. great success. extremely sorry for one day delayed congratulations. yesterday we received a call from government regarding discussions. i have asked government for official invitation & also prepare mindset for conclusive discussions. this all is just like if & then presently. be sure we have to prepare hard for our 22/03/2012 fast. regarding arrangements & preparation in mumbai i talked to our regional secretaries, few experienced personalities from our department. all the necessary arrangmentslike prmissions, communication to respective authrities,pendal,invitation to media etc. should be carried out by shri. naik, shri. janrao. ofcourse we all are there to help & suppurt them both.
from few corners i got a whispering question "whether our andolan is only for sixth pay implimentation?" let me assure everybody of us it is not only for it but we will be dealing with our other issues also. definitely sixth pay is one of the priorities. on 13/03/2012 i forwarded mail about our other demands which i got from gp, napur. pl. conduct meeting at local centre and communicate to all. i also requst you to add.

dear friends,
we all are very busy with our day-to-day activities & also andolan which is schedulled on 14th & 22nd of this month. we all tried alot to get our issues cleared from government during last one & half year. we tried for various options to get the results. finally we decided to fight for our rights together under the umbrella of mgptwa. this our togetherness will definitely give us fruitful results as we got in april 2010.
ACTIVITIES FOR ANDOLAN:
1. submit copy of andolan notice to hon. collector & nearby police station of our r.o. offices nagpur/amrawati/aurangabad/nasik/mumbai/pune.
2. submit copy of andolan notice to hon. principal of institute(all polytechnics in maharashtra) rbtes, dte,msbte,ro etc. & ask for co-operation.
3. request to our hon. joint directors to permit for one day uposhan in ro campus.
4. get the necessary permission from police department.
5. carry out the andola in very descent & silent manner.

An Appeal to All.....Get United !

Symptoms are there that the pressure of our unity shown in last few days is working. We have to maintain it as some movements are going on at higher level e.g. a meeting of AICTE's committee was conducted on 9th March at DTE to resolve our issue related to sixth pay. Get united and remain so, we will definitely succeed. Thanks....
