Dear friends,

We have got good success during our last andolan. Hearty congratulations to everybody of us. Regional meetings at Aurangabad, Amravati & Nagpur were conducted on 30/09/2012. I attended the meeting at Aurangabad. There all our learned colleagues appreciated the efforts taken by us since grabbing the proper sixth pay from AICTE(Central Govt.) to last andolan. Right now all are worried about C.R. relaxation,  new recruitment rules dated 10/09/2012 & senior scale/selection grade. Regarding senior scale/selection grade till 19/08/2010 our hon. Director office could not conduct the final meeting as few regions have not conducted preliminary scrutiny. Our Hon. Director Office called respective respective regional offices & asked to submit the proposals. Last month engg. College CAS proposal are invited by hon. Director in which it is mentioned that C.R. “A” is must for promotion & not for senior scale/selection grade. Our organization is pursuing the matter with hon. Government as well as Hon. Director.  We are very much hopeful, confident about “B+” C.R. & parallel Courses approval for TEQIP. About new R.R. we are discussing the matter with our seniors as well as with hon. Principals. We are also getting the expertise guidance regarding R.R. We will be submitting our representation regarding R.R. very soon. During this journey I am very much thankful to all my colleagues for their great patience & courage. In the similar manner we will definitely sort out our all issues.

With due respect to our regional meetings & feelings of our colleagues, though it may be inconvenient we will be conducting our general body meeting in Aurangabad on 13/10/2012 at 11.00 a.m. Our every local centre is requested to communicate to GP., Aurangabad local centre office bearers(Shri. Ghuge -9822110454, Shri. Aghau 9326146501) about their number, travel plan etc. Please do not forget to  submit your remaining contribution.  During this journey we all are very much thankful to our Hon. Minister, Hon. Minister of State,Hon. Shri. Satishji Chavan, Hon. Shri. Vikramji Kale, Hon. Principal Secretary, Hon. Director, Hon. Deputy Secretary, Hon. Shri. Kulathe  & all those who directly or indirectly helped us.

Agenda of meeting 

1)      Review of activities by organization.

2)      Review of expenditure.

3)      Need of registration, documentation needed & procedural election.

4)      Proposed scheme of elections.

5)      Present issues like CR, RR, Sr.scale/Sel.grade etc.

6)      Few representative talks : members of our organization are requested to communicate their names to gp, Auragabad on or before Thursday, 11/10/2012.

Pl give ur suggestions or modifications if any on or before 11^th Octo 2012, so that the same matter can discuss in general body meeting of MGPTWA to be held at Govt Polytechnic Aurangabad on 13^th Octo 2012.

Institute Level Committee

All teaching staff including Principal ,HOD’s,TPO, W/S &System Analyst  to be the members of institute level committee.

There will be (1-President, 1-Secretary & 1 Treasurer) to be nominated or elected amongst the members of Institute level committee.

President, Secretary & Treasurer of the institute level committee would be the members of regional level committee.

Committee format (Inst level ) – 1 P, 1 S, 1T + all members

Regional Level Committee

President, Secretary  & Treasurer of all the institute level committee within the region will be the members of Regional level committee. All these members of regional level committee will elect or nominate 1-President, 1-Secretary & 1- Treasurer amongst the regional level committee members.

 

President, Secretary & Treasurer of the Regional level committee would be the members of State level committee.

Committee format (Regional level) -  (1 P, 1 S, 1T) * no of institute in the region

State Level Committee

President, Secretary  & Treasurer of all the Regional  level committee will be the members of State  level committee.

All these members of state level committee will elect or nominate

1-President, 1-Secretary & 1 Treasurer, amongst the state level committee members,

Committee format –State level – (1 P, 1 S, 1T) * number of regions in the state = 3 * 6 = (18 members including P, S and T)

Representation for revised RR

Output of the combined regional meeting held at Govt. Polytechnic, Amravati           on 30 – 09 – 2012 at 11 a. m.

            Two issues were discussed and final action was suggested unanimously by all the 53 members present for the combined regional meeting of Amravati & Nagpur region of MGPTWA.

1)     To finalise the date & venue for the General Body Meeting of MGPTWA and

2)     To suggest action against recruitment rules dated 10 – 09 – 2012 published by GR.

For the first issue, date was finalized as Saturday 13^th October, 2012 and venue for the General Body Meeting of MGPTWA was finalized as Govt Polytechnic, Aurangabad at 11 a. m. This decision shall be conveyed to all other regions and all other members.

Recruitment Rules as per GR dated 10^th Sept 2012 were read in the meeting and discussed about pros & cons of the issue by the members. Finally, it was unanimously decided that

1)     Each teaching staff member will send a letter requesting therein to cancel such RRs and keep open promotion channel. This letter should be addressed to Hon. Principle Secretary of Tech Education M. S. and send through proper channel with copies to Hon. Minister of Technical Education M. S., Hon. Governor of M. S and Hon. Director of Tech Education M. S.

2)     If RRs are not cancelled, then further action shall be decided in the General Body Meeting after filling in all posts of MGPTWA.

The meeting ended with firm decisive action of holding General Body Meeting in any case on the decided date, time and venue. All the members of other Govt Polytechnics should be informed accordingly. All the members of MGPTWA shall remain present for the GB meeting to make a success and constitute new body of MGPTWA for the welfare of all in true sense.  

The above decisions taken were signed by all the members and will be sent to Hon. President of MGPTWA.
