Dear friends, We got definitly great success in our meeting with government on 20/03/2012. everybody of us has played very important role during last fifteen days. it is success of our unity & intigrity. activity carried on 14/03/2012 of one day fast at r.o. made government to call us for discussion. i am very much thannkful to everybody for such a huge activity(14/03/2012)which showed our unity & intigrity. wel done & keep it up. everbody can go through the following document & communicate for firther useful actions. at the flag end of meeting hon. secretary said that for higher pay scales c.r. must be "A". we didnot get time to convince him in the same meeting.on 22/03/2012 we met our hon. secretary & discussed the issue of c.r. for our collegues who will be getting benifits after 20/08/2010(date of sixth pay g.r.). we told our hon. secretary that it is shear cas & not promotion. according to new g.a.d. norms "A" c.r. is compulsory for promotion & again according to g.r. c.r. is based on k.p.i. which are not yet published. he aggreed & accordingly asked organisation to represent. we will difinitely keep consistent follow up for c.r. relaxation & for alloting enough time to complete training courses. once again thanks & congratulations. p.s. all the local centres are requested to collect "ladha nidhi" of rs. 1000/- per head & submit it to shri. kher s.a.(9975703299) of gp, karad.
